Our role goes beyond just booking; we ensure that every detail is tailored to your needs, giving you peace of mind from planning to the moment you return home.
By charging service fees, we can offer an elevated level of personalized service that prioritizes your satisfaction and the success of your trip. Unlike automated booking platforms, we provide ongoing support before, during, and after your travels, ready to handle any issues or changes that may arise.
These fees enable us to dedicate the time necessary to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that you receive more than just a trip—an expertly crafted experience designed to exceed your expectations.
FEE STRUCTURE
$75 + HST for any individual flight, hotel and/or car rental components.
$50 + HST per adult (or $120 + HST per family) for all-inclusive bookings, cruise bookings, tour bookings.
$250 + HST for group planning and custom itinerary planning (additional charges may apply based on the complexity of the itinerary and the time required, with and estimate provided upfront).
$50+ HST for each post-booking change, such as name changes, date changes, etc.
$100 + HST per person for ANY cancellations, including due to illness.
