We take pride in providing exceptional travel planning. However, we recognize that some clients prefer to research and book their own trips. To accommodate every traveler’s needs, we offer access to our trusted booking network, allowing you to craft your own perfect journey.
Self-booking is always free of service fees. However, if you require post-booking assistance from one of our experienced travel advisors, standard agency service fees will apply:
$50+ HST for each post-booking change, such as name changes, date changes, etc.
$100 + HST per person for ANY cancellations, including due to illness.
